2.1. General communication with F&P
When you contact F&P, we process ordinary personal information about you.
We process personal information about you in the form of your name, email address, and telephone number.
The legal basis for processing personal information related to general correspondence with F&P is our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with you and provide service, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. If your inquiry concerns (potential) contract negotiations, we process your personal information to be able to take measures prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2.2. Newsletters
When you subscribe to one of our newsletters, including press releases, we process personal information about you in the form of your name and email address. In connection with sending and interacting with the newsletters, we also collect your IP address and information about clicks and openings of the newsletters.
The purpose of processing personal information is to send you the requested newsletter(s), including press releases.
The legal basis for processing personal information is Article 6(1)(a) (consent) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as Section 10(1) of the Marketing Act regarding direct marketing. The legal basis for processing your IP address and information about clicks and openings of the newsletters is our legitimate interest in improving and developing our services, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us using the contact information provided in point 1. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the processing of personal data that has already occurred prior to the withdrawal of consent.
The above-mentioned personal information is not disclosed to any third parties.

3. Storage and deletion of personal information
