2. How do we process your personal information?
Below, you can find a description of F&P's processing of your personal information, including information about the personal data that is processed, the purpose of the processing, the legal basis for processing, disclosure, the duration of processing, and, where relevant, information about the transfer of personal data to third countries.
2.1. General communication with F&P
When you contact F&P, we process ordinary personal information about you.
We process personal information about you in the form of your name, email address, and telephone number.
The legal basis for processing personal information related to general correspondence with F&P is our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with you and provide service, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. If your inquiry concerns (potential) contract negotiations, we process your personal information to be able to take measures prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
When you subscribe to one of our newsletters, including press releases, we process personal information about you in the form of your name and email address. In connection with sending and interacting with the newsletters, we also collect your IP address and information about clicks and openings of the newsletters.
The purpose of processing personal information is to send you the requested newsletter(s), including press releases.
The legal basis for processing personal information is Article 6(1)(a) (consent) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as Section 10(1) of the Marketing Act regarding direct marketing. The legal basis for processing your IP address and information about clicks and openings of the newsletters is our legitimate interest in improving and developing our services, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us using the contact information provided in point 1. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the processing of personal data that has already occurred prior to the withdrawal of consent.
The above-mentioned personal information is not disclosed to any third parties.
3. Storage and deletion of personal information
We store your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) of the processing, as indicated above. Therefore, we delete your personal information when we no longer have a legitimate purpose for retaining it. In assessing the storage period, we will consider any legal obligations to retain data, statutes of limitations, and other relevant factors, such as the risk associated with the processing.
4. Transfer and sharing of your personal information
In connection with the processing of your personal information, we entrust it to be processed by several of our data processors, including providers of IT systems and hosting solutions, as well as providers of solutions for sending newsletters.
5. What rights do you have?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and data protection law, you have several rights when we process your personal information.
Right to access information (right of access), Article 15 You have the right to access the information that we process about you, as well as additional information.
Right to rectification, Article 16 You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure, Article 17 In certain cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before our regular general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing, Article 18 In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal information restricted. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may only process the information - except for storage - with your consent or for the purpose of establishing, enforcing, or defending legal claims or protecting a person or important public interests.
Right to data portability, Article 20 In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transfer this personal information from one data controller to another without hindrance.
Right to object, Article 21 In cases where the processing of personal information is based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal information.
